As most of the students in the LDC's are from a poor family background,  most of these students go ahead and apply for Scholarships in various More developed Countries which offer study abroad scholarships, these include China, UK, USA, JAPAN, KOREA, AUSTRALIA Etc.

But caution is before you apply for a study abroad grant or Scholarship there are various key measures you need to put into consideration so as to be able to complete your desired program in any of those More developed countries.

So always act mature and more displined once you are given any form of scholarship and you have been allowed to carryout your studies in any of the international countries where you don't reside, because this in most cases may lead to cancelling of your scholarship and you may be deported to your home country.

As an international student endeveor to grasp atleast the major words like greetings and others vocabulary regarding to wealth and health matters of the country where you have got the scholarship, since most of these countries don't speak English fluently and you will need to associate and also make friends.


Countries like China, Japan, Korea etc are not good English speakers and in most cases sign posts along the road are wrote in their local language and this may cause trouble to you.

Like the local institutions and universities international countries call off international students to apply for schaolarships in various courses and always these are low demand courses and they have no job listings in Africa and other third world countries like in Asia.

But as a student always make sure you read and understand the program that was given to you, this will help you during your interviews and other visa related meet ups.

Always keep in mind what benefits do you have access to as an international student and according to your scholarship listing. This will help you in future  during your study time in the invited country.

As an international student always be aware about the weight of the currency you are going to be using for transcations and how it weighs in relation to dollars and your local currency.

This will help you in planning and budgeting during your stay at the college. Always use google as your friend in everything.

7. RENT

Like anyother country students have to sleep and you can not sleep under a tree because your an international student. To comply with your scholarship if it doesnot include the accomodation services always book earlier enough so as your not disturbed when you reach at college.

8. EMBASSEY

Your country's embassey sould be your relative whenever you are allowed to pursue your programme as an international studentin any country. As soon as you have reported ensure you register with your country's embassey so that they can locate you in the books among the list of citizens they have.

This will help you incase of any calamity or outbreak like a pandemic and war in that country and it is where you will run to incase you have any challenge. This factor affected many students during the outbreak of Covid 19 as countrie denied that they didn't now that these students were living in that country since they never registered with the embassey.

9. STUDY ABROAD OFFICES

Always before or after getting any form of scholarship for international students you have to go to any of the study abroad offices which cordinate you to the university or college where your going to pursue your study programme.

Always make sure you communicate with them for your safety even after leaving the country since they now the university more than you do.

Always after getting any form of international scholarship ensure that where your going to study from your able to work  either as part time student or full time beacause you will need some peeny to survive.
